Carmen Danielson
Carmen Danielson graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1987. Carmen's practice emphasizes all aspects of employment law, including civil rights, contracts, wage and hour laws, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, independent contractors, wrongful discharge, discrimination and harassment, executive contracts and personnel handbooks. She provides advice and counsel to clients on their rights and obligations related to a wide variety of employment and contract-related issues.
Carmen has extensive experience handling state and federal civil cases and appeals. She was selected by the Boulder County Bar Association as its "Outstanding Young Lawyer" of the year in 1997 and as an “Outstanding Committee Member” by the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She is a frequent lecturer and author on topics related to employment law.
