David Thrower

David is a Colorado native, and has practiced in Boulder since 1995. He practices in the areas of transactions, entity formation, general business matters, estate planning, local government law, municipal prosecution, and landlord/tenant matters. David has experience in effectively assisting clients in reaching their goals through starting businesses, protecting assets and estate planning. He also assists clients with maintaining and maximizing their businesses and assets through real estate transactions, sales of businesses and by assisting with lease issues, including Forcible Entry and Detainer. David represents a broad spectrum of clients, including entrepreneurs, large companies and municipalities. David currently serves as the Prosecuting Attorney in the Town of Superior. Prior to joining Dietze and Davis, he co-founded a law firm in Boulder, where he practiced in criminal defense and family law. He also contributed significant time to Boulder County Legal Services. David is a Member of the Colorado Bar Association and Boulder Bar Association, as well as several civic and charitable organizations.
