Robyn W. Kube
Robyn W. Kube joined Dietze and Davis in 1983, while a first-year law student at the University of Colorado. She has been a shareholder with the Firm since 1996. Her practice emphasizes all aspects of real estate law from transactional and development work to litigation.
Robyn has extensive experience in the area of title insurance law and has represented numerous title insurance companies. In addition, she has represented many insureds as title insurance company retained counsel. Through her work with the title insurance companies, Robyn has developed a particular expertise in resolving boundary disputes and access issues. She was lead counsel in one of Colorado's key cases regarding the use of private condemnation to obtain access - West v. Hinksmon.
She has written about access issues in Colorado, authoring “Access at Last: The Use of Private Condemnation” (29 Colo.Law. 77), and is a frequent speaker on access issues, methods for resolving boundary disputes and other real estate matters. Robyn was also a real estate law panelist on the Channel 8 television series, “Law and Justice”.
Robyn has co-chaired both the real estate and alternative dispute resolution sections of the Boulder County Bar Association. She was a long-time member and officer of the Boulder County Safehouse Support Guild, and co-chaired the Chocolate Lovers Fling in 1990-1991.
Her other areas of practice include civil litigation and appeals, title insurance law and mediation.
