During law school, Tucker worked at the Boulder County Family Court Facilitator’s Office, where he assisted pro se clients by providing individual case management and coordination of family-related matters including domestic relations, divorce, domestic violence, dependency and neglect, and delinquency cases.

In his general litigation practice, Tucker represents clients in contract disputes, employment matters, including employment discrimination and unemployment insurance issues, real estate matters, water rights and energy law.

Prior to joining the firm, Tucker was employed as a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Klein of the Twentieth Judicial District, Boulder County District Court.  The clerkship with Judge Klein afforded Tucker the opportunity to participate directly in the judicial decision-making process and gain firsthand insight into factors and evidence judges find persuasive.
