In the course of representing you, Dietze and Davis, P.C. may receive personal information from you, or from third parties authorized by you.  We protect personal information that we collect about you by internally safeguarding nonpublic personal information, restricting access to only those employees and representatives of the law firm who provide services to you or who need to access your information to provide a service to you.  Dietze and Davis, P.C. employees are subject to a strict employment policy regarding confidentiality, and internal access to client data is restricted to trained personnel on an "as needed" basis.  In addition, we will continue to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that are even more stringent than those required by law.  Dietze and Davis, P.C. does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its current or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by the client or as required by law.
